With Madden 22 set for release later this summer, here are 16 changes EA Sports needs to make to Franchise Mode that will make NFL fans ecstatic.

Madden 22 will be the first version of the series where the development team has had something of a complete cycle to create a next-gen experience. Quite honestly, Madden 21 on next-gen systems failed to produce the gap that most expect when comparing a sports title on superior hardware to the last release on the current-gen systems.

Pranchise Mode Additions

There have been rumors surrounding the full renovation of the entire franchise mode, which would be welcomed with open arms from many who take the time to slowly build their franchise from rebuild to Super Bowl champion, without pushing up the sliders. You know who you are.

An improved offseason cycle would also be welcomed, as the NFL Scouting Combine, Senior Bowl, and free agency period could all serve to be added and improved. Being put in the saddle of an NFL organization tasked with scouting talent for your franchise at some of the league’s most important prospect events could offer an entirely new dynamic to building a roster toward a Lombardi Trophy.

Additionally, the improvement of coaching staffs is long overdue, as the days of just hiring a head coach should be long gone. The option to hire offensive, defensive, and special teams coordinators, and even a team president or general manager, should be immediately included, allowing the user to take full control over their franchise.

The Yard

In Madden NFL 22, gamers playing The Yard will now be tasked with a new challenge-based Solo campaign.

You will also be able to conquer new playing fields featuring beautiful beaches and massive mountain landscapes.Gamers will also take on boss characters with unique NFL talents while being able to unlock celebrations and other items for your playing avatar.To take things online, a new ranked mode offers Yard players a more competitive challenge against other online gamers for a chance to earn more rewards.

Ultimate TeamUltimate Team is a popular mode if you prefer a more fantasy type of game and it includes in-game purchases. There will surely be some enhancements and new promos/events in Madden 22. Previous promos like Veterans, Zero Chill, and Captains are sure to return.

Face of the FranchiseThe new storyline in Madden 22 is "United We Rise" and includes flashbacks to college including Draft Day and their rookie year.
